Shared roots: “morning” and “young”

In Hanis, the words for ‘morning’ and ‘young’ have the same roots:

qahlim=morning

qahlimawas=daylight

qahlomiye=it is becoming daylight

qahlimawas yuumii=morning star (meaning Venus, which is very bright, when seen in morning)

qahlimeniix=younger

qahlimeniiyawa=youngest

The metaphorical connection between ‘morning’ and ‘young’ is quite obvious of course, but I find it quite fun to find all these connections lurking in the language.
